Adults with IDD participating in a structured Day Habilitation program

Day Habilitation Program

A place to grow, connect, and thrive every day.

Our Day Hub program offers structured daytime programming for adults with IDD — focused on personal development, community engagement, and building the skills that make life richer and more independent.

Program overview

More than a program — a community

Our Day Habilitation (Day Hub) program provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities can learn, grow, and connect. Every day is thoughtfully structured to balance skill-building, creative expression, community participation, and social connection.

We believe every individual deserves a purposeful day. Our trained staff work alongside each participant to support their personal goals, honor their preferences, and celebrate their progress — every single day.
